We serve customers worldwide except Iran and a few other countries that credit cards are not allowed.
What is the format of the DVDs you are selling?
Our DVDs are NTSC format. However, they play in all countries. We have been selling our DVDs to customers to all parts of the world since 2003 and so far we have not heard from any customer having problems watching our DVDs.

When is my credit card charged for an order?
Your credit card is charged immediately through Authorize.net gateway and we ship your merchandise to you within 48 hours. Orders coming from out of USA may take up to 5 days before they are shipped out.
Can I return items for a refund?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can simply return the unopened or defective product to us within 15 days of purchase for a full refund of the product price minus 15% restocking fee or 100% store credit. Shipping and handling charges are not always refundable.
